You may think you know what Arkansas is like, but unless you have been there, you will probably underestimate her beauty.  Arkansas is the Natural State.  With several mountain ranges, mild winters, and hot humid summers, it has many amazing habitats. Here are some of my favorite photographs in my travels so far.
War Eagle Mill, Rogers Arkansas
A picturesque historical mill that grinds flour to this day.  Come for the view and grab a meal in the cafe while you are there.
Pea Ridge National Military Park
The small but growing city of Pea Ridge is home to Civil War Battlefield site.  It is a favorite place for locals to walk and bike. You can learn about the Battle of Pea Ridge at the Visitors Center and drive around the park.
Waterfalls
Lakes
The lakes in NW Arkansas are created by dams in the many rivers and streams. This is Lake Atalanta in Rogers, AR.
